The Spear and Jackson 4902RSS razor-sharp steel telescopic anvil loppers feature carbon steel blades that have been polished and lacquered to provide resistance to rust and allow for smooth cutting. The tubular steel handles have a twist and lock extendable mechanism and are finished with comfortable grips. The handles are able to extend from 24 inches to 37 inches to give extra reach.
